It is believed that on Narak Chaturdashi, Goddess Kali and Lord Krishna, along with Satyabhama, defeated and killed the demon Narak. As Narakasura was destined to be killed by a woman who is an incarnation of Bhumidevi, the king\u2019s mother, Lord Krishna asked his wife Satyabhama to accompany him in the battle, as she was an incarnation of Bhumidevi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
